My family and I have been going to Salon V for about 3 years and I always had a positive and relaxing experience. It is a place for me to unwind and get pampered. Although it is a salon mainly for adults, it is a comfortable place for my children to come and get their hair cut as well. It is warm and friendly and during my time there I am offered tea, coffee and cookies. Importantly, my experiences with haircuts and color have always been positive. Just recently I have had the new Keratin treatment which took the frizz out of my usually frizzy and curly hair. Not many salons offer this new treatment. Best yet, it is located in Ridgewood so after I am done I am ready to shop or eat downtown.

I have been a client of Salon V for many, many years and I cannot say enough nice things about it. It took time to find a Salon that was more than just a place to get your hair cut, but was a place where you wanted to go. Every member of the staff—from the girl washing your hair to the owner, Michele—cares about making your experience a pleasant one!

I have a bad habit of not making appointments ahead of time. The staff at Salon V always go out of its way to accomodate me. At times when I had an event to attend and had to come in on "off hours", Lee, my stylist, always extended herself to make it work. She always makes sure my daughters and I look good for those special occasions!

The Salon is very current with the newest treatments and current styles. I am really happy with this new keratin protein, straigtening process that I have done twice with Vinny. I have received many compliments.

My daughters also have their hair done at Salon V. Its staff has been there for us for every special occasion—from First Holy Communions to Sweet Sixteens.

Michele is generous in donating to charitable orgaizations whenever asked. This is certainly a full-service Salon in every sense. The cost is fair, the stylists are terrific, the location is ideal and staff is courteous and professional. I have no hesitation in recommending Salon V—you will be just as pleased with their services as we have been!
